Connection has been a bitch.

But other than that, the holidays have been pretty good. Going out, visiting, eating, eating, eating, banner painting. All good. Now je, I'll be rushing to complete all that work that they piled onto us for the week. Boo. Honestly, my life hasn't been interesting at all, thus the major lack of posts. Dah la, my writing skills = zero.

Application deadlines are all over the place. Mom and I are slowly sorting through them one by one. I need a better system to organise all my crap. Well, then again I can't exactly call what I have now a system, its not. Sleep on the other hand has been crap too. I hate that feeling when you wake up in intervals throughout a dream, and keep on having to force yourself back to sleep. I think I get less sleep now, compared to when school is on.

Oh speaking of school. Campaigning is next week for ICPU Student Council. Yes, I'm running. I think it'll be fun. I hope. :) Yesterday the gang came over to get the stuff ready. I'm a little scared la. We have a sort-of-speakers-corner this semester. Me and public speaking, not the best match. That's probably the scariest thing. Plus we have the Econs Edu Fair thing to present out economist next week. Growll.

Okay, this was a really sucky disconnected post. But though I wanted to post a bunch of pictures, connection is still sucky. So I shall sleep instead. :)

School just started, and we're on break for Chinese New Year already. Yes, I really do appreciate the break. But this week will be full of catching up and getting things done. Got alot of preps and projects to do.

Econs has been a crazy heavy workload. But somehow still managable. Which is good. :) I've just been going through pictures all night. Me loves. :)

Classes are a jumble and I still haven't gotten used to the timetable yet. My days aren't as productive yet. With a few on my tail for various reasons. Lets just say, the year didn't start off with a bang. But it will. Yesterday was probably the first time that we all were together in the cafe laughing over the littlest most hilarious stuff (mostly said by Hum Wei Lin)! Haha. It was Saw V at Aqil's then home. Of course not without the speed bump.

Haven't been taking many pictures lately, so this is gonna be dry, but I'll be up loading my backlog of pictures on fbook. Just so you know I'm alive.

Goodbye's are never easy.

So far this has probably been the hardest one ever, all because I don't have that comfort of knowing he'll be there when I come home for holidays, or there waiting for me when I go there to school. That knowledge that I have no idea when I'll see you again brings tears to my eyes. These two days have been a crazy emotional rollercoaster. But I'll cherish them like hell.
You really are a blessing in my life. For EVERYTHING you've done for me, and shared with me.

Subang seems emptier without you there.

I'll miss you, alot.

Wayyy alot.

But I know I'll see you again, hopefully sooner than later. I need those, "How are you?"s and teasing you about being Sharukhan and all those simple moments, watching movies, helping you stalk your 'panas girls', playing silly games or going to lunch and watching you cringe at AC food.

I wouldn't exactly say that my new year started with a bang, but I was some pretty awesome family time. :) Which may have been just what I needed. Definitely much better than last year's, countdown in the dark while all my other dorm mates were asleep and didn't bother responding to out cheer's of 'HAPPY NEW YEAR' before we got shushed and ordered to sleep. Neh, I still loved NS :D

My first day of the year was spent rejuvenating at home with the family, watching tv and just basically chilling in every way possible. :) I managed to fit in alot of tv time as well as stuffing my face like a pig, as usual. :)

As the new year was approaching, I was hearing ton's of chatter about new years resolutions and things like that. Originally I was just like, neh, why bother thinking an awesome resolution up that would seem so sophisticated and shit when I never bother keeping them. It just ends up being something we can talk days away about, yet never have to actually do anything about it. But something kept poking me in the face, and I finally decided to make a small resolution, back to basics, that sort of thing.

#1 I'm going to try and be more punctual

It feels like a really big deal to me, but if I manage to pull this off, I'll be very proud of myself. For me, there's never been a point to saying that I'm gonna lose a hundred pounds, or run a marathon, cause if I cannot manage to be ontime, then it wouldn't matter anyways. So I'll save those record breaking resolutions for another year. May this one be as awesome as 2008. Boy am I sure excited for '09. It's time for us to fulfill our dreams about this last leg of our educational journey. :D
