nine in the afternoon;

Today's Sunday. :D

Went shopping in the morning with mom, for a dress for my cousin's wedding. :D Whee, I like shopping. ;) Finally got that beanie that I've been eying for a while and a pair of black flats too. All mine koyak dyy, that's how hard I am on my shoes. Haha. After shopping and trying on a gabajillion dresses, not that I mind, ;) we headed on home.

Then I was off for Ms Liew's school's ballet concert at Segi College Kota Damansara. It was fun seeing the ballet friends again, considering i've been missing two whole weeks of classes. Exams kononnya. ;) We took tons of camwhore pictures. I haven't done that in a while. Quite the fun. Nyeh nyeh nyeh.

Hmm, seems like I don't even have anymore papers. I'm terrible. :( Plan on going to college tomorrow, but takut I won't get any work done. Boo. :(

seventeen forever;

I finally finished Breaking Dawn,
so yes Jue, you can finally read it :)
Haha. It was satisfying,
that I managed that book
still in the frame of my imagination.

I've been obsessed with my little rubik's cube,
thats gonna break anytime.
I need a normal sized one.
Last night, I actually dreamt that I was in this restaurant
or something, and they had a whole box of different sized rubik's cubes.

So I took one. :)

I'm almost done with IB chapter one.
Thats all for today la. No mood dy.

I love how plain my english is when I speak.
I bet reading this, one wouldn't be able to tell the difference
between an 'ah pek' and me. Haha. :)

last time;

All through this twilight craze,
I can only sit here,
and stare at the computer screen.

I should study,
IB is on Wednesday,
I haven't started anything yet.
Boo.

I really don't want college to end,
I'll majorly miss all my graduating friends,
but I can't wait to be on holidays.
Heck, I'm pretending I'm on holidays now.
-_-

I'm so tak puas with my IB portfolio.
I didn't know everyone was redoing stuff.
I want my 'Pro' which I didn't get.
Even our IBP wasn't colourful, no pictures.
Just black and white, like the draft.
But it wasn't bad, so lets just hope for the best.
I'm still contemplating, World Issues? or Canadian Law?
Opinions?

I WANT MY 'PRO'. :(

Okay, I'm sounding like a brat now.
I'll go drown myself in Breaking Dawn.

BYEBYE.

woohoo;

have a nice day :)

<3

and the lion fell in love with the lamb;

Yes, the beginning of the series of movies for the Twilight Saga.
Much awaited.
Highly anticipated.

After four and a half hours of exams, I needed a break. So after a lot of bookings yesterday, text messages, complications and cars we ended up, seven of us, in pyramid to watch the movie of the book I used to worship back in high school.

After rereading that post from youtube that I posted up a year ago, I contemplated even watching the movie. My curiosity got the best of me and I made the plans, partly just so I won't be left out of the "Twilight-the-movie" conversations. First and foremost, I do have to say, it was good. No doubt about it. They maintained the vital scenes, just alot less of the waiting around and running through the forest.

However, (and i know i'm gonna hear alot for saying this) it just didn't do IT for me. Maybe I needed a much quieter cinema, just so that I would be able to absorb everything. But reading the book brought me so much more satisfaction, evoked more feeling. More something. Maybe a part of me didn't want to absorb everything, just to savour all my own images of the things that made, Twilight, Twilight to me. Edward, the house, Forks, Edward, the Cullens, Charlie, Jacob, La Push, Edward, Edward, Edward.

No doubt about it, Robert Pattison is hotttt and could make my heart skip a beat anyday. But he still wasn't Edward. Not the one that I imagined anyways. He was too ... slow, for lack of a better word. The first few scene's were probably the most painful. He did a pretty good job later on, but it was just those first few that I really tried to hold back laughs. Plus the fact that though our cinema was fun, cause it was full of teenagers, but they laughed at all the wrong times. -.- I guess I really do like my silence when I watch a movie.

Of course the movie still ended with me gushing over Edward. The girls and I agreeing over Robert Pattison's major drool factor and the boys rolling their eyes. I know, I was the one who used to say, never compare the book to a movie, but I can see now why sometimes people can't help it. But I will try and do as I said and consider it as just a movie and in that case, it was pretty good. :)

Though I couldn't help but freak out when I came home tonight to read Breaking Dawn, and already my images have been contaminated by scene's and actors from the movie. Fuck la. :(

hanging on for hope;

exams are in a week's time

and today, i did nothing. really. nothing. i decided to give myself a day off. i'm exhausted, from what also i'm not sure. thank goodness the semester is finally coming to an end. i think we all deserve this break. it has been such a long semester.

of course without a doubt i'll miss all my non 3 sem friends. alot. i don't know who i'd waste time in class babbling to. time outside class doing nonsense with. :( thank goodness i still have my 3 sem people, they awesome. if not it'd be cruelty to nature.

on the home front things are a little rocky. just going with things day by day. i guess thats all we can hope for. what the dawn of a new day brings. we're all allowed to be sad every once in a while but i'm doing okay, suprisingly, and thanks for asking hun. :)

i guess i've kind of managed to stay out of the drama, which i am very thankful for, this sem. hope i can keep this up. we've all grown a little tired of things, and maybe we should just let some of it go. i get that we need to release that stress more verbally than others, so anytime you wanna rant dear, i'm here.

this post has been kinda vague and random. but woohoo. i'm doing with my english isu and calculus tests! :D just the big E next week. gah, i wanna climb in a hole and stay there till the exam is over. :( still have ib ibp to finish up. damn malas dyy. this is bad. oh well, i'll go coop up in my comfy bed and read myself breaking dawn to sleep. :) i'm in the edward cullen obssesion phase again. movie next week and i've managed to avoid trailers and such, good job nique. please, director dudes, whoever you are, i really hope you did a good job with the movie, if not you'd have ALOT of angry twilight fans on your doorstep. :D

salem falls;

i blame it all on ieka,
for posting those old pictures of us from high school.

come to think of it. high school was where we grew up. we had some really great times, and some really rough ones too. just looking at the pictures, its amazing how things have change. heck, i know i know. change is inevitable. we all have our own pile of homework and assignments due, own new sets of friends. but no matter what, i know i'll always have my amanians to fall back on. no matter what. we've been through too much together.

form two. maybe one of my most favourite high school years. that was the year we broke the boundaries, made new friends and found our comfortable spot in high school. c3 (if you asked me the full name, you'd laugh) but its not the names that mattered. it was the people. come to think of it, i had an amazing bunch of friends. and i'm glad i still see them every once in a while. the pool parties, the 30 people outings, or just the random days sitting around class talking about anything under the sun.

we've all gone our seperate ways this year. some better at keeping touch than others. i wonder, do our new college friends know us the same way that our high school friends do? my guess is no. for no reason other than, we aren't the same people anymore. no matter how much people try to deny it, people have changed, our priorities have changed. but its comforting to know that when we do finally get back together, that things manage to be the same. the bunch will always hold that little place in me and i don't think any amont of time or distance can change that.

yes i'm having a very sudden rush of nostalgia. i miss the 3 minute walk to school from the car, i miss the morning rush in the pr, i miss class, i miss my favourite bunch, i miss grabbing any opportunity available to gossip about the same stuff everyday, i miss meetings, i miss event preps, i miss mcdonalds, i miss installs, i miss iu's, i miss annies pool parties. yess i'm being a little whiny. but that doesn't change the fact that i still miss it. those odd moments in the midst of lunch with friends, or solving a calculus question. those brief little flashback remind me of those great moments.

BILA NAK KELUAR LAH?

at one;

he called her name,
and said he had something to tell her.
they walked out to the carpark,
and talked of their concern for another friend.

little did she know,
footsteps quietly creeping up behind her
cylindrical metal content unknown, their weapons

then shrieks

and laughter
she was covered in white foam
thanks guys. :P

supermarioland;

nyah hah :)
i found my domokun again.
i'm happy! :)

woohoo.

i managed to finish up part of our ibp this afternoon,
i was all productive and stuff, then after dinner i got lazy. :(
calc quiz tomorrow,
cannot afford any more screw ups whatsoever.
this weekend shall be devoted to my english essay.
crap i hate essays,
and this time i still feel like i don't know what on earth i'm talking about.
surprisingly mr ben isn't as helpful as i expected.
maybe i'm just being lazy and not asking the right questions. :(
yeah, thats probably it.

another three weeks till finals and we're off.
sad la, in a way,
but i'm excited for holidays
when we can all hang out like old times,
no assignments bogging down our brains
and spoiling the fun. :)
